By accessing and using CrashInvestigations.AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CrashInvestigations.AI provides access to NTSB aviation accident reports and analysis tools. The Service includes search functionality, report viewing, and premium features such as narrative generation and audio conversion.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Premium Features and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to premium features, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Usage Restrictions for Narratives and Audio Content

The narratives and audio content generated through our Service are provided for personal, educational, and research purposes only. By using these features, you agree to the following restrictions:

  • You do not own or acquire any rights to the narratives or audio content generated through the Service, even when using purchased credits. All generated content remains the property of CrashInvestigations.AI and Crow Squared LLC.
  • You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the narratives or audio content for any commercial purposes.
  • You may not share, sell, or redistribute the narratives or audio content outside of the Service.
  • You may not use the narratives or audio content for any business-related activities, including but not limited to training materials, presentations, or documentation.
  • You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the narratives or audio content.
  • You may not use the narratives or audio content in any way that could potentially harm or damage the reputation of CrashInvestigations.AI or its partners.
  • Purchasing credits or using premium features does not grant you ownership rights to any generated content.

Any unauthorized use of the narratives or audio content may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Crow Squared LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms
